Schindler's list is a 1993 war drama movie directed and co-produced by famous american director Steven spielberg.It is based on the infamous event of holocaust.
Plot:- This movie is shown from the perspective of Oskar schindler, a German industrialist and a member of nazi party.This movie beautifully shows how his life turned around and how he became from a profiteer to a noble man,an unsung hero and ultimately one of the most iconic characters of movie history.
The girl in red coat:- Just at the beginning of holocaust events a girl in a red coat is seen in the movie.

This girl can also be seen in the movie poster.And it is the most obvious symbol in this movie.According to some viewers the girl is a symbol of innocence and freedom while according to others the red coat is symbol of bloodshed during the events.Its up for your interpretation.
verdict:- After watching the film it can easily be said that this is a modern masterpiece and the best of its genre.It is almost impossible to find any fault or glitch in this movie.The story may not be 100% historically accurate but the visual story telling is top notch.It is a 3hour 15 minute movie but its gonna stay with you for a long time.

Reception:- This movie is well received among the general audience and well known critics.This movie won 7 academy awards and 12 oscar nominations along with 7 BAFTA awards and 14 nominations.This movie also won 3 golden globes.This movie got 8.9 on IMDB 94% on metacritic and 97% on rotten tomatoes.
Some other facts:- #1. Schindler's list grossed $322 million worldwide on a $22 budget though it was not meant to be a commercial movie.
